Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and tags are still attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
